We’ve slow roasted @cedarislefarm organic sugar pumpkins until the skin falls away, blended the flesh into a smooth puree, (no canned puree here) combined it with all the spices, a splash of Bourbon & cream, and encased it within our super flakey crème fraîche pastry.
